A GEORGE I GILT GESSO MIRROR

A fine early 18th century gilt gesso rectangular mirror, the replaced shaped and bevelled plate contained within a carved and gilt gesso frame, the shaped and scrolled cresting centred by a plumed female mask, the shaped apron centred by a shell with later glass candle arms.
